Thoughts:
The way bourgeoisie people did not respect lower class people made me think about a similar problem in society today.
When I was in KL eating street food with my parents one night, we suddenly heard the sound of a coconut shell dropping on the floor. Everyone did not take much notice but like the curios girl I am, I turned around to see an old man had fall down and his head was oozing blood onto the floor.I was so freaked out that I even accidentally slipped out a bad word, and told my dad about the man. Surprisingly, my dad said :" It's none of your business." This made me a bit confused as the man was bleeding right beside our table( so scary). The people eating there were also not attempting to land a hand and a man literally just stepped on his blood and didn't notice it. At that moment, I thought :" what has happened to this world? Is there no one with a good heart and conscience anymore? Then, a bangala who was selling satay called the ambulance but because he is not a Malaysian, the ambulance refused to come. Seconds later, the old man got up by himself and walked away leaving his slippers there.
Idea for future art:
Can draw this scene where everyone is eating and not caring about an old man who is bleeding on the floor to criticize the selfish society today.
